My TES: A Wire-Line Business Management App
My TES is a free Android app developed by Vodafone Idea Ltd. to manage feasibility and service delivery of wire-line business. It merges the operational and business view of feasibility and service delivery to keep everyone informed with the latest updates. The app is divided into two parts, Feasibility APP for sales users and SDP APP for service delivery teams.
Feasibility APP allows users to check feasibility status, approve feasibility (for SME users only), and provides an operational and business dashboard with aging and commercials involved. SDP APP provides an option to view the order status by order ID, order status through selection, update/edit work order, order pendency view, and a common dashboard view.
Overall, My TES is a useful tool for managing wire-line business feasibility and service delivery. It is easy to use and provides relevant information to keep the team on track.
